The CD-ROM contains links to biographies of our presenters and Adobe Acrobat files of any supplementary presentation materials they have provided. This may include copies of slides, outlines, or articles cited from publications. The availability of materials is contingent on presenters submitting them. The CD-ROM is not a transcript of the event. The CD-ROM does not contain audio or video recordings.
