Each computer operating system has very diverse ways of handling audio. On laptop computers, using external speakers or headphones can help experience better audio performance.

Please be sure to check your computers Audio Management tool under your System Preferences or Control Panel. There, you may be able to adjust more specific settings regarding your volume.

Check your speakers, make sure they are properly connected, and turned on.

Double audio is typically an indication you may have more than one browser opened and streaming the same content at the same time. Please check to ensure only one browser at a time is opened on the live stream.
