Mr. Wetzell is also the Secretary for the Purchaser Council of the National Quality Forum, a founding member of the Leapfrog Group and the Institute for Clinical Systems Integration. He previously served as a founding employer and Executive Director of the Buyers Health Care Action Group.



Peter Lee, President and CEO, Pacific Business Group on Health

Mr. Lee is also a member of the boards of NCQA and the National Business Coalition on Health. Prior to joining PBGH, Mr. Lee was the Executive Director of the Center for Health Care Rights, an organization dedicated to ensuring that consumers are represented at every level of the healthcare system.



Andy Webber, Executive Director, National Business Coalition on Health

Previously, Mr. Webber was a VP for External Relations and Public Policy at NCQA, directing all government relations activities and outreach efforts to the employer and consumer communities. In addition, he served as EVP for the American Medical Peer Review Association (renamed Amerian Health Quality Association) and VP, Public Policy for the Washington Business Group on Health.
