Charles Frank has been First Vice President of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development since 1997. From 1988 to 1997 Mr Frank was Managing Director in the Structured Finance Group (SFG) of GE Capital and Vice President of GE Capital Services. Prior to GE Capital, he was CEO of Frank & Company, a financial advisory firm specializing in the independent power industry. Frank & Company served as an investment advisor on a number of independent energy projects and on a major acquisition of an independent power company.
