Zane Gresham is a senior partner in the international law firm of Morrison & Foerster LLP. His practice is focused on development and financing of infrastructure and major private facilities. Mr. Gresham provides strategic advice to public entity and private sector clients concerning private sector participation in international water markets. He has particular experience in Latin America, including Argentina, Brazil and Chile. He served as special counsel to the City and County of San Francisco for the US$2.3 billion reconstruction of its wastewater system. He also serves as Vice-President–Latin America of the International Private Water Association.
