Mr. Marti joined Centre in 1997. His responsibilities include the development and structuring of non-traditional insurance programs for project finance applications. This includes credit enhancement of non-recourse debt financing, contingent capital support and risk management solutions for project-specific feedstock or off-take risks. Prior to Centre, Mr. Marti was a Director of Corporate Finance with Credit Suisse First Boston in Zurich, Switzerland, where he was providing structured asset and trade finance products to export-oriented Swiss multinationals. Before joining CSFB, he was a Vice President in Structured Finance with Warburg Dillon Read in New York where he was responsible for expanding the bank’s structured and leveraged finance business with U.S. Fortune 1000 companies. Mr. Marti received a B.A. in Economics and Business Administration from the University of Basel, Switzerland.
