Les Shroyer has served as the Chief Information Officer for Motorola since 1997. In a prior assignment he was responsible for the development of Motorola's Voice over IP network equipment products. Mr. Shroyer also served as the General Manager of a business unit that developed and deployed nationwide wireless data communications infrastructure in the U.S., Canada, U.K., Germany, Japan, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, China and Australia. Mr. Shroyer's thirty-seven year career in software development includes IT and product development assignments at Motorola, Texas Instruments, and government research facilities. Mr. Shroyer holds a Masters Degree in Management Science and a Bachelors Degree in Engineering Science from the University of Texas.
