The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs is looking to apply innovation towards better care and service for veterans, including addressing the growing backlog of claims associated with war in Afghanistan and Iraq. Senior advisor Jonah J. Czerwinski says the private sector will benefit from learning about the VA's new innovation center that was launched in February of 2013.
