WORLD HEALTHCARE INNOVATION AND TECHNOLOGY CONGRESS (WHIT v.5.0) is now accepting DEMO abstract submissions for 2009!
Who Can Submit? WHIT v.5.0 welcomes submissions from venture capitalists, thought leaders and solution providers to demonstrate their cutting-edge technologies in front of a C-suite audience of innovation and technology decision-makers during the Technology Showcase.
What Does the DEMO Entail?
- 5 minutes for context of leading-edge technology
- 10 minutes for LIVE demo
- 5 minutes within presenter will answer the following questions for the audience:
- Is this technology available now?
- Who are the customers?
- What is total cost of ownership?
- Where is it in the product lifecycle to make in scalable and available?
Example Topics: You are encouraged to submit abstracts on current and emerging technologies related to the use of technology integration in healthcare. Example topics may include, but are by no means not limited to*:

* Respondents to call for proposals are encouraged to recommend additional technology categories and emerging topics.
Review Process: Abstract Review for 2009 submissions will be via a committee of health care professionals serving on the WHIT v.5.0 advisory board. The conference manager also reviews all abstract submissions. Content will be evaluated based on quality, relevance of topic, educational value, timeliness, and clearly identified objectives.
Disclaimer: World Congress will determine final decisions as to acceptance of abstracts and presentation format. DEMO format and placement at WHIT v.5.0 subject to change once accepted with scheduling of conference agenda.
Note: World Congress, organized of WHIT v.5.0, is committed to providing quality continuing education (CE) activities to its conference attendees. As such, World Congress must adhere to the requirements of various accrediting bodies and professional organizations with which it collaborates. As World Congress strives to make as many of its educational activities as possible eligible for CE, we require the cooperation of all presenters (authors, faculty, etc.) in meeting CE requirements and following discipline-specific regulations.

- The deadline for abstracts is FRIDAY, AUGUST 31, 2009!
- WHIT v.5.0 will send notice of accepted proposals by October 1, 2009. However, most accepted submissions will hear from us before the deadline. Please note: Due to the volume of submissions, we will not send out updates on submissions that are not accepted.
