The World Congress 2nd Annual Leadership Summit on The Business of Women's Health will offer strategies for achieving profitability while examining the impact of Health Care Reform on women’s health services. The main focus of the event will be creating outcomes in women’s health services, and providing participants with the tools to implement changes that will increase revenue while maintaining and improving quality of care. Administrators from hospitals, private and group practices along with business development and marketing executives, strategic planners, directors of women services, practitioners and stakeholders from health plans and the technology community will be in attendance at this Summit to learn how to market successfully to women, as well as how to choose and implement the best models of care and innovations in technology to cut costs, increase efficiency and develop new and existing revenue streams. Case studies will offer solutions to challenges in access to women’s health services and explore the differences in these issues in an urban vs. rural setting.
Attendees Will:
- UNDERSTAND how health care reform will impact the delivery and packaging of women's services
- LEARN how to develop women’s health service lines and integrate them into existing services
- EXAMINE the elements affecting reimbursement and what centers of excellence are doing to increase accessibility and prepare for the growth in patient population.
- DEVELOP strategies for engaging women in the management of their health
- EXPLORE new revenue streams, models of care and opportunities for growth
- IMPROVE quality of care in women’s health services through collaboration and networking
- UTILIZE innovative tools and technology to decrease costs and increase efficiency in the changing landscape of healthcare
