What is the World Health Care Congress (WHCC)?
WHCC is World Congress' flagship event. WHCC 2011 gathers 1,800 health care thought leaders over three-days to participate in more than 60 educational sessions and network in the executive networking lounge with over 100 leading solution providers.

What is the structure of WHCC 2011?
WHCC 2011 begins on Sunday, April 3, 2011 with the Insider's Reception (for VIP Members, Speaker Faculty and Lead Sponsors). On Monday, April 4, 2011 WHCC 2011 begins at 8:00 am and runs until Wednesday, April 6, closing at 12:30 pm. The agenda in its entirety can be viewed here.
Where will WHCC 2011 be held?
The 2011 8th Annual World Health Care Congress will be held at the Gaylord National Resort and Convention Center on the Potomac River in National Harbor, MD (201 Waterfront Street, National Harbor, MD 20745, 301-965-2000). Room discounts will be made available for WHCC participants until March 11, 2011. Please reference the 8th Annual Congress when making your hotel reservation for the discount of $289.00.

How do I register for the World Health Care Congress?

I can no longer attend WHCC, can I send a substitute? What is the cancellation policy?
Your registration may be transferred to a member of your organization up to 24 hours in advance of the conference. Cancellations received in writing on or before March 4, 2011 will be refunded, less a $295 administrative charge. No refunds will be made after this date; however, the registration fee less the $295 administrative charge can be credited to another World Congress conference if you register within 6 months from the date of this conference. In case of conference cancellation, World Congress' liability is limited to refund of the conference registration fee only. World Congress reserves the right to alter this program without prior notice.
I am a member of the Press. How do I register to attend the Congress?
World Congress press credentials are available to full-time editorial staff writers employed by a trade publication, mainstream media outlet (newspaper, radio, TV, etc.), or online magazines. Freelance writers or contributing editors may request press credentials if the event is being covered for a specific publication. For more information, visit our Press Registration page.
